Walter Burien (why haven't we heard of this man on National News Media?) well, he's talking about the missing money and double-book accounting he discovered when he came across something called the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR). Walter Burien's talking about 100% Partnership of the mass media and the government. Well, then that's a state-funded propaganda machine for a dictatorship. There is no FREE SPEECH. There is no Constitution (if that is of interest to ya, buddy).



Here's my most favourite example from Burien's breakfast club speech, "In 1983, Arizona State Government inc's service budget was 1.8 billion dollars, its total cash receipts were 2.1 billion dollars - about a 300 million dollar difference. In 1998, service budget 14 billion dollars, total cash receipts 22 billion dollars. In the course of fifteen years a ONE THOUSAND PERCENT increase in the revenue taken directly out of the populace's pockets."

Yes, it's totally unacceptable for that to happen but remember what happened the DAY BEFORE 9/11.
